Roll Squad
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Wildcell Studio (we, us, our) handles information for Roll Squad. We are responsible for the game services we operate. For privacy questions, contact victorgameceo@gmail.com.
Information processed by the game
Roll Squad stores game progress and settings on your device and communicates with a game backend for automatic device-based sessions, game configuration, cloud progress, leaderboards and diagnostics. You do not need to separately register or enter login credentials. Automatic server sessions can still associate your gameplay with device or player identifiers.
The game backend receives device and player identifiers, including Android ID, gameplay progress and saved data, and diagnostic information used by these features. Gameplay information includes progress and other in-game actions.
This release has no advertising or in-app purchases and does not provide chat or user-content exchange. It does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone or precise device location.
The game includes Unity Legacy Analytics, enabled at startup. When connected to the internet, Unity may process:
- Approximate location: country or region inferred from your internet address, not GPS coordinates.
- Device or other identifiers: SDK-generated identifiers and device information used to operate the service.
- App activity: automatic launch, session, and game-start or game-end events.
- App information and performance: crash logs, diagnostics, and other performance or technical information.
These categories reflect the enabled Legacy Analytics service and Unity’s published disclosures for the Unity version used by the game. They are separate from the game-backend information described above. The game does not offer an in-game Analytics opt-out setting. Data is not limited to transient processing.
If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the information you choose to provide to respond to your support or privacy request. The game does not ask you to supply a name or email address to start playing.
Why information is used
Device and player identifiers support automatic sessions and association of saved progress. Gameplay data supports cloud progress and leaderboard features. Configuration and diagnostic requests support game operation and troubleshooting.
For Unity Legacy Analytics, approximate location and technical information support app functionality and analytics. Device identifiers support service functionality. Session activity and performance information support usage and reliability analysis. This release does not use personalized advertising or process in-app purchases.
We also use information to respond to support and privacy requests and meet legal obligations. Depending on your location and the processing involved, the legal basis may be performance of our service contract, legitimate interests in service improvement, legal obligations, or consent where required.
Recipients and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Our game backend and providers supporting hosting, game operation, support and analytics process information for these purposes. We may disclose information to professional advisers when necessary or to authorities when required by law. This release does not share information for advertising or payment verification.
The game also sends information to Unity. Unity’s Legacy Analytics disclosure identifies device identifiers, crash logs, diagnostics and other performance information as data collected and shared by its service. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for its processing and privacy choices.
Security and retention
Game-backend requests use HTTPS, and Unity Legacy Analytics uses encrypted transport. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
We retain player identifiers and gameplay information while the associated player profile is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and fulfill the purposes described here. Following a verified deletion request, active player data is scheduled for deletion or de-identification within 30 days. Residual backup copies may remain for up to 90 additional days.
Information necessary for fraud prevention, security, disputes or legal compliance may be retained for the period required by applicable law, which may be up to seven years depending on the record and jurisdiction. This is not a seven-year retention period for all gameplay data. Access to retained records is restricted, and they are not used for continued gameplay or advertising.
Removing local app data or uninstalling the game can remove local progress, but does not itself delete information already sent to our backend or Unity. For information independently held by Unity, refer to Unity’s policy and privacy choices.
Your choices and data deletion
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact victorgameceo@gmail.com for assistance.
To request deletion of your Roll Squad player profile and associated data, follow the player-data deletion instructions. Requests are handled by email after proportionate identity verification; submitting a request does not automatically delete data. Please do not rely on the in-game Delete button as confirmation of server-side deletion.
You can stop future game activity from this installation by stopping use or uninstalling the game. For information processed independently by Unity, use the privacy choices and contact methods in its policy. We will explain any limits on identifying or deleting relevant records when responding to your request.
Children
Roll Squad is intended for players aged 16 and older and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children without any consent required by law. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information so that we can review and, where required, delete it.
International processing
Information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the game or our practices change. We will post the revised policy and update its effective date.
