Delete your
Roll Squad data
Roll Squad uses an automatic device-based player profile; you do not need to register with an email address or password. You can request deletion of that profile and the information associated with it using the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Email victorgameceo@gmail.com with the subject Roll Squad Data Deletion Request.
- Include your Roll Squad player ID if available. If you cannot find it, tell support that you need help identifying your player profile. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive information.
- We may request limited information needed to verify the request and identify the relevant records. After verification, we will confirm receipt and process the request.
Use this email procedure for server-side deletion. Sending an email, uninstalling the game, or pressing the current in-game Delete button is not confirmation that server data has been deleted.
Information covered
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the information we control that can reasonably be linked to your player profile:
- Your Roll Squad player profile and player ID.
- Server-side saved progress and gameplay interaction data.
- Associated device identifiers and diagnostic information.
- Support information not needed for legal, security or dispute purposes.
Active player data is scheduled for deletion or de-identification within 30 days after verification. You will lose access to the affected progress, virtual currency and virtual items. Completed deletion cannot be undone. If you play again, the game may create a new device-based player profile.
Information that may remain
Residual copies may remain in secured backups for up to 90 additional days. Information required for fraud prevention, security, disputes or legal compliance may be retained for the legally required period, which may be up to seven years depending on the record and jurisdiction. Access is restricted; retained records are not used for continued gameplay or advertising.
Data that cannot reasonably be connected to your profile, including de-identified information, may not be identifiable for deletion. Unity may independently process information under its Game Player and App User Privacy Policy; its available privacy choices apply to that information. We will explain applicable limitations when responding.
